HOW TO WRITE A BUSINESS MANIFESTO - REPLAY + Mini Guide

A 90 Minute Masterclass to Summon the Spirit of Your Business Into A Written Declaration to the Universe

When I was studying at Pratt Institute in New York City, I took a class with the artist Mierle Laderman Ukeles.
She is the woman who wrote the Manifesto for Maintenance Art, a piece that changed the course of conceptual art forever.

In it, she declared that maintenance, cleaning, mothering, sweeping floors, cooking, sustaining life in all the ways was art.

Not the shiny, finished product.
Not the exhibition.
Not the external validation.
But the invisible, continuous act of keeping things alive.

This experience shattered me in the best possible way. Because it wasn’t just about art,
it was about how we see value, devotion, and work itself.

I didn’t know it then, but that manifesto would change my relationship with everything, including my business.

Entrepreneurship is Art

When I started my own business, I thought I had to leave that part of me, the artist, the dreamer, the healer and the ritualist behind.

I thought business was something separate. Practical. Serious and strategic (and it is, but that's not all it is).

The deeper I went into my business journey, the more I realised that entrepreneurship is art.

It is the same process.
The same devotion.
The same maintenance of a living body, tending, evolving, shaping, pruning, fine-tuning, nourishing and repairing.

Your business is not a machine.
It’s a creative ecosystem.
And it needs to be tended to like one.

That’s why writing a manifesto is not just a creative exercise, it’s a revolutionary act of clarity.

It’s how you stop managing your business like an object and start honouring it as a living artwork.

What is a Manifesto?

A manifesto is not a statement.
It’s not a bio, brand story, a mission or a business plan.

It is a written act of creation.
It’s the moment you stop describing your business and start speaking it into existence.

It’s a spell that names the world you’re building and the rules of reality inside it.
It defines the energy of your work, the values that protect it, the frequency it lives on.
It names what your business is devoted to and the frequencies that it will create and uphold.

When you write it, you’re not inventing something new, you’re remembering what’s already breathing underneath everything you do.

Why This Matters

Most people think business clarity comes from structure and that's true but only if you embody soul-led coherence.

When you write your manifesto, your business stops being fragmented between worlds — the world of the schooled, linear and corporate paradigm and the world that YOU create. It's a declaration made by the version of you that leads your community.

When you write your manifesto you stop trying to sound “right” and start resonating with the highest frequencies of aligned authenticity.

And most importantly, you stop asking what you should sell and start asking what your work is asking to become.

A manifesto is where your business becomes a living ecosystem.
You give it life.
You give it shape.
You give it language to call its people home.

What You’ll Experience Inside

This is not a workshop about branding or copywriting.

It’s a ritual of remembrance and it’s deeply personal. This isn't something you need to share with the world. It's more of an energetic incantation.

You’ll enter into dialogue with your business as if it’s a living being.
You’ll listen for its voice.
You’ll write down what it tells you.

We’ll explore the energetic architecture of a manifesto.

We’ll move through guided writing practices that open the channel and somatic grounding to make it real in your body.

You’ll leave with the tools to create your written manifesto that doesn’t just describe your business, but brings it to life.

A document that functions as your compass, your north star, your invocation and even a prayer.

Because You Are an Artist!

If you create offers, courses, experiences and communities, you are an artist.

When you take something unseen and make it tangible, you're creating art.
And that’s what business is.

You are composing a reality.
You are shaping consciousness.
You are creating culture.

So a manifesto is your composition, the piece that tells the field exactly what this work is here to do, and what it will never compromise in order to do it.

When you understand this, you start treating your business like art.
You care for it, you protect it and nurture it. You make it sacred.

And that changes everything.
