Most coaching focuses on strategy and mindset alone, but real change happens in the body. Your imprinting is unique to your history, your ancestry and your lived experience which means that true deconditioning is a very personal and biological process. This is why we believe that somatic integration is one of the most valuable foundations of your business.

Without it, you can follow all the right strategies and still find yourself cycling through the same patterns. That's not failure. It's your nervous system doing its job which is to keep you safe. This is why creating your own path can feel overwhelming. Your nervous system literally has no reference point for what you are creating. When you create new reference points through the process of somatic integration, you build safety, capacity and flexibility to expand, receive, and authentically thrive in your business.

When your business is built from this foundation, you stop pushing for growth and start creating the conditions for it.

WHY WE'VE CREATED THIS RETREAT

Before we tell you what this retreat is, we want to tell you where it came from. Because the work we're bringing you is work we did on ourselves first. In our own bodies, our own businesses and with our own families. We didn't arrive at somatic woman centred business coaching through theory. We arrived here through lived experience, through the long process of proving to our own nervous systems that we could create a life and business that felt energising, prosperous and in alignment with the full expression of who we are.

Somatic woman centred business coaching was almost non existent when we started our businesses. So we decided to build businesses that supported us to raise our children at home, detach from the schooling system, stay anchored in creativity and nourishment we realised pretty quickly that our nervous systems were running deep imprinting.

Career or motherhood, sacrifice, fragmentation and family separation. We were deeply programmed to believe that we  couldn't have it all. That business required us to abandon our families or our ambitions. That creative women had to choose.

We had to deconstruct those patterns in our own bodies before we could create our reality on our terms. We had to rewire the nervous system imprinting that told us that ambition was selfish or that we'd have to sacrifice what mattered the most to us. We had to reclaim our creative sovereignty and prove to our bodies that we could scale revenue, build thriving businesses, nurture our families, and stay anchored in nourishment all at once.

And we did. Now we want to show you how over 5 days at The Female Founders Breathwork Retreat.

Founder of @the.school.free.life, Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery practitioner, doula, artist, social worker, art therapist, entrepreneur, and unschooling mother of three based in the northern rivers. Amy has spent several years proving that a school free, creatively sovereign, financially thriving life is not a fantasy. She works at the intersection of nervous system science, deschooling philosophy, quantum business and income creation coaching , and she has lived every layer of what she teaches.

Candice Sherrah · @c0smic_candy_

Rebirthing breathwork facilitator, reiki master, and homeschooling mother to four, building a business that nourishes rather than depletes, rooted in somatic integration and creative sovereignty. Candice supports mothers to live an intuitively led life. Her work is devotional, deeply embodied, and built from the inside out.
